Annual inflation in Euro Zone revised up to %10.10 YoY in November.
The consumer price inflation in the Euro Area was revised to %10.10 Year-on-Year in November 2022, down from %10.60 in October. The rate slowed for the first time since June 2021 from October's record high of %10.60. Yet, the inflation remained well above the European Central Bank's target at %2.00. To say more clearly, the inflation rate was %4.90 a year earlier. In short, prices still are increasing, and the double digits inflation rate remains unchanged because of the rise in food prices and energy. Energy prices increased at a softer %34.90 (vs %41.50 in October) but remained the largest contributor to the overall price increase.
